Policies & status

The terms, in plain words.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Peppies website (peppies.eu), the Peppies apps, and the products and services connected to them. Peppies is built as a set of distinct services supplied by a single company, Peppies Research Supply — research supply, blood testing, an observational app, and bookings with independent providers. This page explains what you are agreeing to, service by service, without the legalese fog.

01 Agreement

Accepting these terms

By creating a Peppies account, placing an order, booking a session, or otherwise using the Peppies website or apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Peppies.

Some services carry additional terms shown at the point of use — for example, the research-use acknowledgment at checkout for research lines, or the consent step before a provider session. Where an additional term is shown at the point of use, it applies alongside these terms for that service.

Your personal data is handled as described in the separate Privacy Policy. These terms and that policy are the two documents that govern your relationship with Peppies.

02 Who we are

Who we are

Peppies operates as a single entity, Peppies Research Supply, which supplies the products and services described in these terms — the research-supply catalogue, blood-test coordination, the app, and bookings with independent providers. When you buy a product, order a test, or use the app, your contract is with Peppies Research Supply, the entity named on your order confirmation.

03 Eligibility

Who may use Peppies

Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order, or use any Peppies service. Peppies is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly serve anyone under 18.

Professional product access requires verification. Some products are available only to verified professional accounts. To gain access you apply, Peppies verifies the account, and only then do the eligible products, their exact status, and supply options become visible. You must give truthful, complete information during verification and keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend or withdraw verification if the information is inaccurate or the account is misused.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the address in section 19 if you believe your account has been compromised.

04 The core rule

Research use only — the core rule

Research products are supplied for research use only. Peptide products supplied through professional access are research-grade materials. They are not medicines, not supplements, and not approved for human or veterinary use. By ordering them you confirm you are acquiring them for lawful research purposes and not for human consumption or administration.

Nothing on Peppies is medical advice. No page, product description, app trend, community post, group average, laboratory report display, or provider session on Peppies is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment recommendation. For medical decisions, consult an independent qualified professional who can examine you. For urgent or severe symptoms, call your local emergency services.

You are responsible for lawful use. Laws on research materials differ by country. You are responsible for making sure that ordering, importing, possessing and using anything you obtain through Peppies is lawful where you are, and for complying with any conditions attached to your professional verification.

05 Access & status

Products & professional access

Peppies has two lanes. Consumer cosmetics are open to everyone. Research products are visible and purchasable only with a verified professional account, and each product page shows that product's exact status — see what every status means.

Some products carry the PUO label. PUO is a Peppies professional-access restriction. It is not regulatory approval, prescription status, pharmacy status or CE marking. It means Peppies itself limits who can see and order the product — nothing more.

Manual review. Certain high-scrutiny products route to manual review even for verified accounts. Nothing ships until your account and the order line are approved, and funds are returned for any line not approved.

Every research product ships with its batch records — certificate of analysis and safety data sheet per lot. Batch records document what was tested in the batch; they are not a claim about effects in people.

The PUO footnote

PUO is a Peppies professional-access restriction. It is not regulatory approval, prescription status, pharmacy status or CE marking.

06 Lab reports

Blood testing

Blood testing ordered through Peppies works like this: you receive a Tasso blood-collection device and use it according to the manufacturer's instructions; your sample is analysed by the independent laboratory selected for the order, which issues the report; and the report lands in your timeline in the Peppies app.

The laboratory is responsible for the report. Peppies stores and displays laboratory results but does not perform the analysis, does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not prove that any product caused any result. The named issuing laboratory remains responsible for the analytical work and the report itself.

A laboratory report is information, not a conclusion about your health. What a result means for you is a question for an independent qualified professional. If a result worries you, or you have urgent or severe symptoms, contact a doctor or your local emergency services — do not wait for anything on Peppies.

You are responsible for following the kit instructions. A sample collected incorrectly may be unusable, and the laboratory may be unable to issue a report for it; where that happens, contact support and we will work out replacement or refund of the affected test.

07 Observational

The app — observational only

The Peppies app brings laboratory reports, wearable metrics, photos, measurements, routines and community into one place — My Health Timeline. It is an observational tool: it lines up what changed over the same period, and it never claims that one thing caused another.

  • Trends are observations, not conclusions. The app shows data side by side; the explanation stays yours to make, with your own professional.
  • Community content is personal experience. People Like Me and community posts may be self-reported, and self-reported information can be incomplete or wrong.
  • Group averages are not your result. Averages describe the group, not you. Nothing in the app is a guaranteed outcome.
  • No diagnosis, no prescriptions. The app displays results and trends but does not diagnose or prescribe.

Wearable connections are optional. You can connect Oura, WHOOP or Google Health to pull daily metrics (sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, readiness, steps) into your timeline. Connecting is your choice, and you can disconnect at any time; how that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Health sharing is off by default. Your health snapshot is shared with a provider only if you switch sharing on, and then only with providers you have actually booked. You can switch it off again at any time.

The full list of what the app does and does not claim lives on the app limitations page, which forms part of these terms for the app service.

08 Providers

Sessions with independent providers

Peppies lets you book 30-minute sessions with independent clinicians and experience providers — people who read blood work for a living, and people who share their own experience. Sessions are booked with points (section 9) and run as text, voice or video conversations inside Peppies.

Providers are independent. They are not Peppies employees or agents. Peppies provides the marketplace, booking, chat and video plumbing; the provider is responsible for what they say in a session. A clinician session is an independent, paid review of your own information — observations only, never a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment guarantee.

Consent before every booking. Before a session is reserved you confirm a consent step that states what the session is and is not. If you switch health sharing on, the provider you booked can view your health snapshot for the purpose of the session — see section 7 and the Privacy Policy.

Text and voice-message modes are available where shown. If live audio or video is offered for a booking, the checkout or booking screen identifies the session provider before you confirm. Chat messages between you and your booked provider are stored so both of you can refer back to them.

If a provider fails to attend a session you booked, contact support and we will restore the points for that booking. Peppies may remove providers from the marketplace at its discretion.

09 Commerce

Orders, pricing & payment

Placing an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract for each line forms when Peppies Research Supply accepts it — for verification-gated and manual-review lines, that is when the line is approved. Funds are returned for any line not approved.

Independent sellers. An offer labelled as an independent seller is sold and shipped by that seller. If you use a saved delivery profile, Peppies shows the details for review and requires a seller-specific consent before helping you continue. Peppies may place one unpaid order and select the exact hosted payment method needed to obtain the seller-owned or frozen attested processor page. You alone enter credentials and authorize and complete payment there; Peppies does not read or store payment details or handle those funds.

Pricing. Prices are shown in euros and include what the page says they include. Prices can change over time — including in response to demand and supply costs — but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is obviously wrong due to an error, we may cancel the affected line before dispatch and refund it in full.

Payment. Peppies card payments are processed by Tagada. Your full card details go directly to the payment processor, not to us — Peppies never stores full card numbers. Independent sellers display and process their own payment page. The methods shown at checkout at the time of purchase are authoritative.

Points. Provider sessions and certain store benefits are paid with points, which you buy on the web. Eligible unspent purchased points are refundable to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Points otherwise have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Invoicing. Peppies Research Supply invoices the lines it supplies; an independent seller invoices its own sale (section 13). Your order confirmation itemises every line.

10 Delivery

Shipping & delivery

Dispatch. Approximately 2-week delivery. In-stock Reta 20 and AHK: dispatch within 24 hours. Estimates start after payment and required verification. You will receive a dispatch note by email when your order leaves. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

Your address. You are responsible for giving a complete, accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or lost because the address you gave was wrong, we will work with you on a solution, but reshipment may be at your cost.

Where we ship. Research products ship only to verified accounts and only where supplying them is lawful. You are responsible for any import rules that apply in your country (section 4).

Risk. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged, or the wrong items arrive, contact support promptly and we will put it right by replacement or refund.

11 Recurring

Subscriptions & cancellation

A subscription is recurring supply at the cadence you choose. The subscription price holds at every cadence — stretching the rhythm does not change the per-shipment price. Every subscription is billed and fulfilled by Peppies Research Supply.

You stay in control. You can skip a shipment, pause, swap the cadence, or cancel at any time from your orders console — with no cancellation fees. Cancelling stops future shipments and future charges; it does not affect a shipment that has already been dispatched, which is handled under the returns rules in section 12.

Changes. If we need to change a subscription's price or contents, you will be told in advance by email, with time to cancel before the change takes effect. If we cannot supply a shipment, you will not be charged for it.

12 Withdrawal

Returns, withdrawal & refunds

Consumers: the 14-day right. If you buy as a consumer in the EU (for example, from the open cosmetics lane), you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us within that window at the address in section 19 and return the goods; we refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost once the return is on its way back.

The sealed-goods exception. By law, the withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Sealed vials, sealed cosmetic products and blood-collection kits fall in this category: once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned under the 14-day right.

Business purchases. Research products supplied to verified professional accounts are business-to-business supply, and the consumer withdrawal right does not apply to them. Faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries are always put right regardless of lane — contact support.

Faulty goods. Nothing in this section limits your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what was promised. Those rights sit on top of everything above.

Refund method. Refunds go back through the payment method and processor used for the purchase. Points bookings are restored as points, except unspent purchased points within their 14-day window, which are refunded through the original purchase method (section 9).

13 One contract

One checkout, one contract — distinct services

Peppies gives you one cart and one checkout, and every line Peppies supplies is supplied by the same company: your order forms a single contract with Peppies Research Supply, with these terms applying to each line as they apply to that service. The one exception is an offer clearly labelled as an independent seller — that purchase is a contract between you and that seller (section 9).

  • Lines may still ship and arrive separately — different services dispatch on their own schedules. Your order confirmation itemises every line.
  • Research supply, blood testing, the app and provider sessions are distinct services, never one combined clinical product. Buying them together does not merge them.
  • A problem with one line (for example, a manual-review rejection) affects that line alone — the rest of your order proceeds normally.
  • Independent parties remain responsible for their own work: the laboratory for its reports, the provider for their session, an independent seller for its goods.

Keeping the services distinct is deliberate: each activity runs under the rules written for it. It is not a device to avoid obligations Peppies Research Supply actually owes you.

14 Conduct

Acceptable use

Using Peppies, you agree not to:

  • use research products for human or veterinary consumption or administration, or supply them to others for that purpose;
  • misrepresent your identity, qualifications or purpose during account verification, or share a verified account's access with unverified people;
  • resell products obtained through Peppies in a way that misrepresents their status — including presenting research materials as medicines or supplements;
  • post community content that is unlawful, harassing, or that presents personal experience as medical fact or encourages others to self-administer research compounds;
  • impersonate a clinician or experience provider, or misuse a session to obtain or give what would amount to remote medical treatment;
  • scrape, probe, overload or interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access gates or verification, or misuse another person's account or data;
  • use Peppies in violation of any law that applies to you.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, and withdraw professional access for breaches of this section. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will tell you what needs to change first; where it involves safety, fraud or unlawful use we may act immediately.

15 Ownership

Intellectual property & your content

Ours. The Peppies name, logotype, website, apps, product pages, batch-record formats and software are owned by or licensed to Peppies Research Supply. You may use them as part of using the service; you may not copy, resell or create derivative services from them without permission.

Yours. You keep ownership of the content you post to the community and the data you bring into your timeline. By posting to the community you give Peppies a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content within the service; delete a post and the licence for it ends, except for copies needed for legal compliance. Your health data is never "content" in this sense — it is handled only as the Privacy Policy describes.

Laboratory reports remain the issuing laboratory's document; you have the right to view, download and share your own reports.

Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

16 Liability

Disclaimers, limitation of liability & indemnity

What we do not promise. Peppies is provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not promise that the website or apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, that observational trends mean anything medical, or that any product will produce any particular result in research. Research products are supplied for research use only, with the batch records as the description of what was supplied.

What is never limited. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection and product-liability law.

The cap. Subject to the paragraph above, Peppies Research Supply's total liability to you for claims arising from a service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for that service in those 12 months; and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by using a service contrary to these terms — in particular, by using research products for human consumption or administration.

Independent parties. Independent partner laboratories are responsible for their analyses and reports, and independent providers for their sessions, as described in sections 6 and 8. Peppies is responsible for its own platform, not for their professional output.

Indemnity. If your breach of these terms — especially unlawful use or misuse of research products, or misrepresentation during verification — causes a third-party claim against Peppies Research Supply, you agree to compensate us for losses and reasonable costs arising from the claim. This does not apply to the extent our own fault caused the loss, and for consumers it applies only as far as your national law allows.

17 Disputes

Governing law & disputes

Governing law. These terms and your contract with Peppies Research Supply are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live — nothing in this clause takes those away.

Where disputes go. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their own country of residence or the courts of Bulgaria; if we bring a claim against a consumer, we must use the consumer's country of residence. For business customers, the courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction.

Talk to us first. Almost everything is faster to fix by email than in court — the contact routes are in section 19, and support requests get a real answer.

18 Versions

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law change. For material changes we will give you advance notice by email or in-app, with the new effective date, before the change applies to you. If you do not agree with a material change, you can close your account and, for subscriptions, cancel before the change takes effect — cancellation is always free (section 11).

Changes do not apply retroactively: an order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.

19 Contact

Contact & your rights

Reach us. Questions about these terms, orders, returns and anything practical: support@peppies.eu. Privacy requests: privacy@peppies.eu. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Your data rights. Because Peppies is EU-facing, the GDPR gives you the rights to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw any consent you gave (such as a wearable connection, health sharing, or marketing email) at any time without affecting past processing, and to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority. How to exercise each of these — and everything about what data Peppies holds and why — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Your consumer rights. The statutory withdrawal right (section 12), your rights for faulty goods, and the mandatory consumer protections of your home country all apply on top of these terms and are never reduced by them.

The documents these terms lean on live on their own pages.

Nothing on this page is medical advice. For urgent or severe symptoms, call your local emergency services.
