Consumers in the EU can withdraw from a purchase at Peppies within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund of the purchase price and standard delivery cost. Sealed goods cannot be returned once opened. Research products sold to verified professional accounts are business purchases with no withdrawal right. Faulty, damaged or wrong deliveries are always put right.
If you buy as a consumer in the EU — for example from the cosmetics shelf — you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell support@peppies.eu within that window and return the goods; the purchase price and the standard delivery cost are refunded once the return is on its way back.
By law the withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Sealed vials, sealed cosmetic products and blood-collection kits fall in this category: once the seal is broken they cannot be returned under the 14-day right.
Research products supplied to verified professional accounts are business-to-business supply; the consumer withdrawal right does not apply to them. Faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries are put right regardless of lane.
Nothing here limits your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what was promised. Those rights apply on top of everything above, together with the mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
Refunds go back through the payment method and processor used for the purchase. Points bookings are restored as points, except unspent purchased points within their 14-day window, which are refunded through the original purchase method.
